We reserve the right to change any services, product prices, product specifications and availability at any time. All prices and descriptions supersede all previous publications. All product descriptions are approximate. Every effort is made to keep information regarding stock availability on the Website up to date. However, we do not guarantee that this is the case, or that stock will always be available.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of this Agreement and the remainder of the provision in question will not be affected.
This Website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this Website are governed by and construed in accordance with law of the jurisdiction specified in the clause below and the parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts as specified. Orders will only be accepted from persons over the age of 18. Orders may be accepted from persons resident outside the United Kingdom.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If any goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by email and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order. It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid email address so that we can contact you if necessary. Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time prior to acceptance.
You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided on the order form and we will not accept an order unless all details requested on the order form have been entered correctly.

Goods will be delivered to you, the buyer, at the address provided by you on the order form.
We can deliver to an address other than the billing address, but please note that extra documentation may be needed to comply with such orders.
All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
You will become the owner of goods you have ordered when they have been paid for and delivered to you.
Any dates quoted for delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods however caused. If, however, we are unable to deliver your goods by the date quoted for delivery, you, the buyer, shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery takes place.
All orders will be sent out via Royal Mail and will require a signature upon delivery.

5.1 Delivery Information: If we receive your order before 1pm Monday to Friday we will dispatch it the same day. If we receive your order after 1pm, we will try our very best to dispatch it that day but during busy periods, this may not be possible so orders will be sent out the following day.
If you require next working day delivery, you will have to place your order before 1pm to guarantee same day dispatch. If you order after 1pm on a Friday, your goods will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Next day delivery orders placed on a Friday before 1pm will arrive on or before the following Monday. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.
We want to make sure that your order gets from us to you safely, so please be aware that all orders will require a signature upon delivery.
We can only accept orders for products that are showing as 'in stock' provided that:
Delivery times are given as an indication but cannot be guaranteed by Gingerlillie. Delivery times may be subject to delays outside of Gingerlillies’ control such as force majeure, for which Gingerlillie will not be responsible. In the event that a delay or loss of order or item occurs, Gingerlillie reserves the right to delay the sending of duplicate or replacement items, or the issuing of refunds, until the claim against the postal service/courier has been resolved.
5.2 International: Shipping Delivery costs for international orders do not include duty and custom charges, so you may be required to pay additional domestic sales taxes at the time of delivery. Gingerlillie is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred. In the event that you wish to return your item, Gingerlillie is unable to refund import duty and local sales taxes.
5.3 Taxes: All prices include VAT for all UK and EU customers. For customers outside the EU, Gingerlillie may deduct UK VAT where applicable.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. Prices quoted are for delivery (in the case of goods) and for performance (in the case of services) in the United Kingdom unless otherwise specified. Prices are in Pounds Sterling unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right, by giving notice to you, the buyer, at any time before delivery or performance to increase the price of goods or services to reflect any increase in the cost to us, which is due to any factor beyond our control (such as without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, significant increase in the costs of labour, materials or other costs of manufacture).
In the unlikely event of there being such an increase in the price of goods or services you, the buyer, shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery or performance.
In the unlikely event that the price or description of an item or service has been incorrectly advertised, we will contact you by email, telephone or post to ask whether you wish to proceed with your order with the correct price or description. If you are not happy to proceed, or we are unable to obtain your instructions, we will cancel the order. Unless we have already despatched or commenced performance of your order, we will not be obliged to supply products or provide services at the incorrect price or based on an incorrect description.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card through PAYPAL, an electronic payment account.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of your goods or provision of the service to you.
By placing an order, you, the buyer, consent to payment being charged to your debit/credit card account via PAYPAL as detailed on the order form.
Title to the goods will pass to you, the buyer, on delivery of the goods.

8.1. Returns: If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount you paid for that item.
All we ask is that you complete the returns document on reverse of the sales order and return the product within 14 working days from the day after receipt. Return the product to us at your expense in unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality) for a full refund less carriage charges. We recommend using an insured delivery service.
Returns must be made within 14 working days of delivery.
You should allow up to 21 days from receipt by us of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Gingerlillie.co.uk is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post, so buyers are advised to return goods using a signed for delivery service. Please also note that the goods can take up to 7 working days to arrive with us, unless sent via special delivery, so please ensure you allow enough time for any return.
Gingerlillie.co.uk ensures all items are checked thoroughly for any defects before dispatch, but we also advise that customers check goods upon receipt and before removing the Gingerlillie tag. Once this tag is removed, we will not accept any returns.
Once the returned goods have arrived with us in their original condition with the Gingerlillie tag in tact, and complete with all their original packaging, we will refund the original credit or debit card used for the purchase via paypal. We will email to confirm receipt and that the refund has been processed.
The refund will be for the full value of the order excluding the original delivery charge. We try to process all refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days. The time taken for the refund to be credited to your account will depend on your bank or credit card issuer.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. For orders outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes incurred by the purchaser are non-refundable.
8.1.1: Important Returns Information: Gingerlillie will not refund any items that have been worn, marked (with stains or smell) or where the Gingerlillie tag has been removed (unless the item is faulty). The item must be returned to us in its original packaging with the completed returns documentation enclosed.
Please note that items returned worn, odoured, stained with perfume/deodorant or odour, washed, or handled inappropriately, or returned outside of the 14 day returns period will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
In some cases, where Royal Mail has been unable to secure a signature on delivery, the order will be taken to a Royal Mail sorting office. If the customer does not collect the order, or arrange a redelivery with Royal Mail, the order will usually be returned to Gingerlillie. Gingerlillie will resend the order to the customer, at the customer’s expense. However, the 14 day returns policy will apply to the date that initial delivery was made, not the date of redelivery.
8.1.2 Faulty items: If you have received a faulty item, or the item is not what you originally ordered, please email info__AT__gingerLilie__DOT__co__DOT__uk quoting your order number, name and address, product details and the reason for return. Please also advise whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then respond via email on how to proceed with your return.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for pierced earrings unless item is significantly not as described or faulty.
8.1.3 Important Returns InformationReasonable care: Customers are legally obliged to take reasonable care of the items they order whilst they are in their possession. If you have purchased items from Gingerlillie.co.uk, the following applies:
If you fail to take reasonable care of unwanted items before returning them to us, we will not accept your return and you will not be eligible for a refund.
8.1.4 Important Returns InformationDistance Selling Regulations: In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (which begins the day following receipt) to cancel their purchase (unless the items have been worn, marked, damaged etc).
Order cancellations must be made via email to info__AT__gingerLilie__DOT__co__DOT__uk, quoting your full name and order number. In this case, Gingerlillie will provide a full refund but customers must return the cancelled items to us, in an unworn/unused condition within the seven day period. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we reserve the right to arrange collection them from you at your cost.
Unfortunately we can’t stop an order if it has already been dispatched. If you change your mind about your order after this point you can return the unwanted items in accordance with this returns policy.
8.2. Cancelation: Please note that you are entitled under the Distance selling regulations to cancel any contract completed with us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods or services.
If you do cancel a contract, then you must notify us in writing by sending an email to info__AT__gingerLilie__DOT__co__DOT__uk or a letter to Gingerlillie 19 Tamworth Road Hertford SG13 7DD. You must retain possession of any goods and ensure that such goods are kept in the same condition as they were when they were delivered until such time as the goods are either collected by us or delivered back to us by you. If the goods are to be collected by us we will do so within 14 days of our receiving your cancellation notice and we will charge the cost of collecting the goods and will deduct this from any sum owed by us to you.
You also have the right to cancel your order prior to despatch or performance within 7 days of placing it.
8.3. Damaged or Faulty Goods: We employ professional carriers. Nevertheless, you must examine goods on arrival before signing for it. We will refund the full purchase price including postage and packing of an item which is delivered in a damaged or faulty condition.
Alternatively, at your option, we will replace the item with the same or a similar product (subject to stock availability).
If a product is damaged or faulty, please contact us at once and no later than 14 working days of receipt, or of the fault developing, and we will arrange a refund or replacement as you request.
Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case, if you request a replacement, we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement, you can return it in accordance with our returns policy as outlined above under paragraph 8.1.
Please allow 30 days from receipt by us of your item for your refund to be processed or replacement item despatched.
